About Ntros

We built this because the problem is personal.

Homeowners shouldn't have to guess who to call. Skilled pros shouldn't be flattened into listings.

Why Ntros exists

One bad repair made the gap impossible to ignore.

The moment that started it.

It started with a flooded basement. We searched for an emergency plumber, picked someone with decent reviews, and hoped for the best. The price changed when they arrived, the repair didn't last, and our calls afterward went unanswered.

A few weeks later, a neighbor mentioned that her brother ran a plumbing business fifteen minutes away. He was able to help quickly, but we never would have found him through conventional search. He was a one-person operation with a handful of reviews and no advertising budget.

That was the gap. A capable professional may already be close to someone you know, but conventional search gives you no way to see it.

What guides the product

Principles you should be able to see in how Ntros works.

The work has to fit first

A familiar name can make an option easier to understand, but it should not make the decision for you.

People should know who they are talking to

A business should feel like real people you can have a clear conversation with, not an anonymous listing.

Relationships stay in your control

You decide whether to give your contacts, show connections, or help make introductions.

Where we are now.

Ntros is built and being tested with a founding community of homeowners and service businesses.

We're onboarding service businesses now, while homeowner access opens in stages. Keeping the early community focused gives us room to learn before expanding more broadly.
