Yes. Searching for services, viewing results, and communicating with pros is free for homeowners. We don't charge consumers for using Ntros.

If someone you know is affiliated with a business — and visibility settings allow it — you'll see that familiar connection on the business card or detail view.

When someone you know may be able to introduce you to a pro, you can request a warm introduction. Possibly earning you their experience with that pro in the process.

Only if visibility settings allow it. Business settings, affiliation visibility, and personal profile visibility all apply — the most private setting always wins.

No. People you know can add confidence; they do not replace fit. A weak option cannot rise to the top just because you know someone there.

No. You can use Ntros without syncing contacts. Contact syncing is optional and only helps surface businesses connected to people you already know.

No. All initial communication happens within the app. Your personal phone number and email remain hidden until you explicitly choose to share them.

Create or claim your business within the app, add your services and specialties, and invite your team members. Clear service information improves how often you fit relevant homeowner searches.

Yes. Businesses can control whether employees appear publicly. Individual team members can also independently control how they appear. The most private setting always takes effect.

Yes. Messaging identity can be configured so conversations reflect your business identity. You have control over whether messages are attributed to individual team members or sent under the business name.
